Gear processing automatic loading and unloading project
The automation project is mainly composed of 1 robot, 1 lathe, blanking chute, 1 gear hobbing machine and 2 sets of blanking silos. The robot is responsible for grabbing the semi-finished products from the blanking chute of the lathe and placing them on the gear hobbing machine. After the gear hobbing process is completed, the finished products are removed from the gear hobbing machine and stacked in the silo in the blanking area.
